RIIT offers 4 options of JV Models based on your investment capability and intent to participate in the business operations.

• Space Requirement 800 sq ft to 1500 sq ft.
• Display Frontage Minimum 15 feet length & 3 feet height.
• Authorization Fee Rs.5000 to Rs10000 ..
• No Monthly Charge or No Royalty.
• Only 500/- per Certificate Issuing Charge.
• Non-IT Infrastructure The investment includes the cost of:

• Wooden-glass partitions, interior designing, furniture & fixtures.
• Air-conditioners for labs, counselling rooms & staff room.
• UPS & batteries.

• IT Infrastructure (optional) The investment includes the cost of:

• Computers & Peripherals
• Routers & Switches
• Scanners & Printers

• In any RIIT JV Model the following shall always be your responsibility as a Franchisee:

• Premises deposit, rent, maintenance & taxes.
• Non-IT infrastructure development, maintenance & upgrade.

RIIT shall decide granting the franchise and its extent of participation in executing the Joint Venture project based on your investment capability, experience in IT education or any activity involving man management & customer relationship management.
